We Do It Pools LLC (“We Do It Pools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit wedoitpools.com (the “Website”), contact us, request an estimate, or otherwise interact with us.

We Do It Pools LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured Arizona pool construction, remodeling, resurfacing, and repair contractor serving Tempe, Phoenix, and the East Valley. Our Arizona Registrar of Contractors license is B-05 225601.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and the features you use.

Information you provide

When you submit a “Get a Free Estimate” form, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Your name;
  • Phone number and email address;
  • Project or property address;
  • Information about your pool, property, or requested project;
  • The contents of your message and other information you choose to provide; and
  • Records of communications and related preferences or consents.

The estimate form states: “By submitting this form, you agree to be contacted about your pool project. We won't spam you or sell your information.”

If you call us using a click-to-call link or otherwise contact us by phone, we may receive your phone number and the information you share during the call. Your phone carrier and device may also process information about the call. We do not intentionally record calls unless we inform you where required by law.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from it;
  • Browser type, operating system, device type, and related identifiers;
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring or exit pages, and dates and times of visits;
  • Website performance, error, and diagnostic information; and
  • Information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies, where used.

Information from third parties

The Website may include a Google reviews widget or other third-party content. If you view or interact with that content, the third party may collect information about your device or activity under its own privacy practices. We may also receive information from service providers, scheduling or customer-management tools, payment providers, or other parties assisting us with our business.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to estimate requests and other inquiries;
  • Contact you about your pool project and determine whether a site visit is appropriate;
  • Schedule appointments and site visits, prepare quotes, and provide construction, remodeling, resurfacing, repair, or related services;
  • Communicate with you about project progress, materials, scheduling, service, billing, and customer support;
  • Process or facilitate payments through payment providers;
  • Send marketing follow-up or information about our pool services, subject to applicable law and your preferences;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and our services;
  • Understand Website use and measure the effectiveness of our communications or advertising, where applicable;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other unlawful activity;
  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights, property, personnel, and customers; and
  • Carry out other purposes disclosed to you when information is collected or otherwise permitted by law.

3. Legal Bases and Consent

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we generally rely on one or more of the following:

  • Consent: Where you have given consent, including for certain marketing communications or optional cookies and similar technologies.
  • Contract or requested services: To take steps at your request before providing services, perform an agreement, or communicate about a project.
  • Legitimate interests: To operate and improve our business and Website, respond to inquiries, maintain security, and communicate with customers, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or recordkeeping duties.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing based on another lawful basis.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Service providers and contractors, including subcontractors who assist with estimating, site visits, construction, remodeling, resurfacing, repair, and customer support;
  • Scheduling, customer relationship management (CRM), email, and SMS providers that help us manage inquiries, appointments, and communications;
  • Payment processors and financing providers when payment or financing services are requested or used;
  • Website hosting, maintenance, security, analytics, and technology providers;
  • Advertising and measurement partners, such as Google, if analytics, advertising, or similar tools are used on the Website;
  • Third-party content providers, including providers of embedded reviews or widgets;
  • Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
  • Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property; and
  • A successor or transaction party in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transfer.

We require service providers acting on our behalf to use personal information only as appropriate for the services they provide, subject to applicable law and contractual protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell personal information. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly to include certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. If we use advertising or tracking technologies that fall within such a definition, you may request to opt out as described in Your Privacy Rights below.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to make the Website work, remember preferences, understand Website traffic, improve performance, and, where applicable, measure or deliver advertising.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including by blocking or deleting cookies. Some Website features may not work properly if you disable certain cookies. Browser controls generally apply only to that browser and device. If the Website uses advertising cookies or similar technologies, you may also be able to manage advertising preferences through the relevant provider’s settings, such as Google’s advertising controls.

Where required by applicable law, you may opt out of targeted advertising or certain tracking by contacting us using the details in this Policy. We will also process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law and technically feasible.

6. Calls and Text Messages

We may use the phone number you provide to respond to an estimate request, discuss your project, schedule a site visit, provide a quote, coordinate services, or follow up about your inquiry. The estimate form’s consent is for contact about your pool project; it does not, by itself, represent consent to every type of marketing communication or automated call or text.

Where we offer text messaging or automated or prerecorded calls that require additional consent, we will request that consent separately and provide any disclosures required by law. If you affirmatively consent to receive such communications, your consent may include calls or texts using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, as permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency may vary based on your inquiry, project, or communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are necessary to respond to your request, provide services, or meet legal obligations. You may separately ask us to stop other communications, subject to applicable law and our ability to provide requested services.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide and document services, manage business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or other obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, and applicable legal requirements. We may retain information in backups or archives for a reasonable period after it is no longer actively used.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot promise absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.

Arizona’s data-breach notification requirements are currently codified at A.R.S. § 18-552 (formerly cited as A.R.S. § 44-7501). If a security incident involving personal information triggers notification duties under applicable law, we will provide notice as required.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website. Information about a household’s pool, property, or project should be provided by an adult. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.

10. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

The Website may link to third-party websites or include embedded content, such as a Google reviews widget. Those third parties may collect information directly from you or your device and process it under their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites or their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings of any third-party service you use.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to or information about personal information we maintain about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Request deletion of personal information;
  • Opt out of marketing communications;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising, where applicable; and
  • Appeal a decision we make about a privacy-rights request, where applicable law provides an appeal right.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws—including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah—may have additional rights under applicable law, which may include rights to know or access, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of certain processing, such as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. These rights and any exceptions depend on the law applicable to you and whether it applies to our business and the information involved.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To make a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, email info@wedoitpools.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” You may also call us at (480) 784-7650. If we use a third-party advertising or tracking tool that is covered by an applicable opt-out right, we will process your request as required by law.

How to submit a request and how we verify it

To submit a privacy request, email info@wedoitpools.com or call (480) 784-7650. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to understand and review it. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will not require you to provide more information than is reasonably necessary for verification.

You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may need to verify your identity directly, as allowed by applicable law.

We will review and respond to requests within the time and in the manner required by applicable law. If we deny a request, in whole or in part, we will explain the reason and any appeal process required by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Website, services, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Policy on the Website and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Changes will take effect when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
